The space occupied by the College’s swimming pool was built in 1976 as part of the Rosemont College expansion project.
As part of the master development plan, this space was transformed into a new hub of attraction designed for students, offering services to the community. The areas targeted for transformation comprise a net area of approximately 1000 m2, including the pool, changing rooms, saunas, storage rooms, and offices.
BES is part of the multidisciplinary team for the study of the pool transformation concept. The firm’s expertise was utilized to assess the structural condition and study the feasibility, both financial and technical, of various transformation scenarios to offer the Rosemont College community a new living environment.
