Building characterized by its unconventional design, combining various exposed construction materials.

This space, both multifunctional and aesthetic, houses several rooms available for residents’ activities.

The mandate involved the development of plans and specifications for the construction of the expansion, with an area of approximately 1,200 square meters distributed over three floors.
