The project involves the construction of a 7-story concrete building, including 2 underground parking levels. The building’s footprint is approximately 1,300 m2 and 2,600 m2 for the floors and basements, respectively.

The building houses over 90 apartment units and a commercial ground floor. The entire building is constructed on conventional on-grade foundations.
